Great location with lots of space.

Plenty of space in this property and the location was great, central to everything we wanted to visit in the area, and just over an hour from West Midlands Safari park. Lots of games to play with the family and very good WiFi.

All the cutlery was dirty and sticky with food stuff despite being put away in the drawer. The bathroom has an unpleasant smell like damp but the bathroom itself was clean. When following the no shoes policy bring slippers or similar as the floor makes your socks go black like the floor has not been cleaned. Property could do with some TLC with paint flaking off the walls and a trip hazard between the kitchen and living room.

Fantastic!

I honestly couldn’t recommend enough, it was clean and had everything you needed , hosts were amazing, so helpful, even turned the heating on for when we arrived,just what we needed after a full day at Alton towers , it’s only a 30 minute drive from there , so if you are doing 2 days at Alton towers with the family I would definitely book here , fantastic value and so comfortable, my youngest wanted to stay there forever

Absolutely perfect for what we required. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Good WiFi and facilities. Really fantastic customer service. Great location for the town centre too. Will definitely look to book again in the future.

Gorgeous house with lovely hosts.

Immaculate house, beautifully furnished and great communication from the hosts. Nice touches such as the coffee machine. Lots of little extras. Loved the cube sockets! Would happily stay again and will recommend to others staying in the area.

Some steep steps up to and inside the house along with the location at the bottom of a very steep hill into town means I wouldn’t recommend for people with severe mobility issues.

Very good, apartment, clean and homely.

The house was well taken care of. Facilities needed were available, and checking in was seamless. Valerie was always on the phone to make sure we were okay, there is a park opposite the property, and the property is centrally located for commuting within Stoke on Trent.

Perfect house for a family getaway.

Communication from the hosts was great, instructions on accessing the property were simple and the house was perfect and just what we needed for the weekend.

Freezing cold, noisy neighbours(either the dog barking constant or the opposite side partying. It was dirty too, the dishes had to be washed before use the bathroom had to be scrubbed down, dirty marks on the sheets, the coffee pot layer with mouldy coffee

Nice house

Plenty of room, easy to find, communication was good, beds were comfy, nice neighbour we had a chat to!

Advertised as 2 bedroom, was actually only one plus a cloakroom No sieve in the kitchen, the tin opener didn't work, the fridge opens the wrong way, the shower went cold if the other toilet was flushed, wasn't powerful either,

Great find!

The property was so comfortable and an ideal stay as a family. We used it as a base for our visit to Alton Towers. The beds were extremely comfortable and we all got a fantastic sleep after 2 very long days at the park. Bedding crisp white and spotlessly clean. Bathroom and toilet also immaculate.

The area was a little run down but that didn’t matter as once you closed the front door you had all your home comforts. There is an overgrown tree in the small front garden which blocked light into the 2 front rooms but again didn’t worry us as we were out and about all day. The wheelie bins are in the front garden and could do with getting washed out as a bit wiffy. None of these points would put us off staying again I must add.

Very good

Plenty of space for us to spend time together and have a private space. We used this booking to visit Alton Towers so we didn’t really spend time in the house and we eat out so didn’t use the kitchen . Everything we would of needed to make food indoor was available. Bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable

Outside area could of been tidier and possibly deck chairs to sit outside. Weather was lovely but no clean outside space to sit. The back area is small but if weeded and brushed could of been used even to sit on the steps. Possibly a handbook on how to use things in the house for when the tablet does not work or if someone is unable to use a tablet (would be no good for my parents)

Good location, comfortable well equipped house. Superb and highly attentive hosts

Andy was very accommodating and attentive to our needs, even keeping the heating on so we arrived to a warm and cosy welcome in the middle of a cold wintry night. Parking outside was easy and a great location to venture into the potteries, Alton Towers and Trentham Estate. Good facilities, comfortable rooms and enjoyed by all the family.

Perfect for Alton towers

Lovely house exactly 30 minutes from Alton towers. 2 bedrooms upstairs can have two single beds in each or zip locked together to make a king size in each room. 3rd bedroom is a double bed downstairs by the front door. The hosts left fresh towels for each of us and complementary dishwasher and washing machine tablets. House was clean and tidy and very well kept. Never met the hosts but they stayed in contact via text. All shops and fast food restaurants are in walking distance. Will most definitely stay here again
