Great location for our holiday we visited alton towers and monkey forest. Great to have a washing machine and a tumble dryer, very clean and tidy had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again

Enjoyable stay with family
I had a great time with my family. We had a good time.
I didn't have much of a problem compared to my mum. Only about the sofa bed being unstable and low quality. As we accidentally broke it upon arrival and paid for a replacement discounted by the end of our stay. My mother and owner already dealt with my mums concerns about the stay. All in all, it's a lovely home.

Awful. Don’t stay here.
As previous reviewer said, no door handles on inside of bedroom doors, downstairs bedroom door scrapes the floor and cannot be closed/opened properly which are breaches of fire safety regulations. When we arrived the boiler didn’t work and there was no hot water or heating available. We’d driven for 7 hours to get there to attend a competition for my son so a shower/bath or at least a wash would have been good. The area is not nice, even all the chip shops closed at 8.30pm on a Friday night, presumably for the safety of their staff. There is no parking available as the details state, it is on street parking for the whole street so you take your chances and have to park where you can whether that is near the house or not. The ‘garden’ is a very small area of bad decking with a small table and only 3 chairs. Not very useful for a house that sleeps 7 people unless you’re going to sit 2 or 3 to a chair! Do yourselves a favour and pay a bit more to stay at a hotel/premier inn type place. Which is ultimately what we had to do as the boiler couldn’t be fixed within a suitable timescale. The owner has since ignored all contact and we have not received a penny back for a house we stayed in for not even 2 hours😡.
