A wonderful city break marred by the awful smell in the apartment.
It is spacious,generally clean,convenient location for our needs.
Foul smell of (drains ?) We had invited friends and it was embarrassing to have this smell.

Great Stay
Nice and clean cosy apartment. Nice clear instructions for the apartment before arrival.
The emergency light has a green light constantly on which is irritating at night with the lights off.

Dirty place with sticky floors walking barefoot is not an option. The owner doesn’t provide a single cleaning item, but still expects you to leave the place spotless. Super sketchy area too — back gate stays wide open all night, on a dark street behind the building. And to top it off, you’re not even allowed to have guests. If you’re planning to have anyone over, don’t even think about booking this place

Close to stoke. Very quiet at night, spacious modern flat. Well equipped with towels, cereal, coffee and tea. Nice to have a dishwasher. Easy to check in. Comfortable beds with lovely crisp clean sheets.
The apartment had not been thoroughly cleaned. Bits on the floors, under sink and behind loo not cleaned for some time and had to clean microwave before use as exploded curry inside. Handmarks on walls.

Plenty of space, and it had a full kitchen/ washer/dishwasher for convenience
The heater didn’t work in the room with the double bed, so it felt cold, especially in the evening/during the night.

By far the worst place we have ever stayed in.
The location for good for the reason we were in the area.
We had booked to stay for two nights. On arrival at around 1900 it was clear straight away that the cleanliness of the apartment was disgusting. We assessed the apartment and the kitchen was filthy, we had to clean all the kitchen crockery and accessories. the sofa bed had stains all over it will burn marks from a set of hair straighteners, the walls and doors had marks all over them, the bedside cabinets had stains on top of them, one wardrobe had damage to the back of it, the headboards had stains on them, the heaters were marked and dirty, there were hairs on the beds, the blinds were filthy, the table in the living room had marks all over it, the oven hadn't been cleaned in months, the bedding had stains on them, the kitchen cupboards and window sills were disgusting, and the floor hadn't been cleaned in months by the look of it. The whole apartment was filthy and was not kept in a condition that is reasonable and satisfactory to let out to anyone. That night we had to sleep in our clothes on top of the beds it was that bad. We contacted the owner to let them know it was filthy, smells and there were damages to things. They asked us to send photos which we did so they could speak to their cleaning team. I think you can see from the photographs that there quite possibly has never been a cleaning team. They asked if the cleaning team could attend the next morning to address any issues. We informed them that we wouldn't be staying for a second night due to it not being of an acceptable standard. We left the following morning at 0800 and didnt return and this could be confirmed by the CCTV in the communal entrance. We requested a refund and were asked at 1000 to cancel by 1200 noon the get a refund. We didnt have access to our messages at that point so didnt see this request. It became apparent they wanted us to do this so they could advertise it again for that night. To date we haven't received any refund and the owner has only offered £50.

Good location for getting to Alton towers. Central area with plenty to keep families busy
The standard of cleanliness is disgusting. After I complained a cleaning team was sent out and all that was different when we arrived home was the dirty shower head. The smell of the bathroom is vile combination of mould/sewage and dampness.

Meeting my needs
The apartment was big enough for me and my kids and the host was very helpfull when we had some problems with the internet. He helped restoring it very fast. This is my secound time I book with them and I will do it again if needed.

one slightly strange thing was the door being at the bottom of the stairs and not at the top?
we could hear every time the ground level flat door opened and the front access door as it would shake the door to the upstairs flat. this was not a problem for us, just something I noticed when the other occupants were going out at 7am. we were trying to maintain respect for the other guests by being quiet, but there are little soft furnishings to reduce the echo and footsteps etc. a rug here or there may improve the sound deflecting especially up the staircase.

good variety of utensils. spacious and the heaters worked well. it was quiet and well insulated and loved the little touches like fake plants.

Location was good, right next to The Bees Knees cafe which was lovely for breakfast! Bed was comfey, entry/check-in /checkout using keypad on the door was easy, staff were easy to contact
WiFi did not work (had to hotspot my phone the whole time to use Nelfix on the TV etc), sofa was not comfey (we used the mattress from the second bed to sit on instead!), plates/cutlery were not clean

The sofa in the living room was so low and uncomfortable.
The coffee pot had mould and have been there for years without changing. The frying pot was rusted and old otherwise it was good value for money

Ok for short stay
It has all facilities required in good working order. The heating was good with plenty hot water Good shower. The Manager replies quickly to issues and sent cleaner and engineer the next day to resolve cleanliness and water leak issues.
The bedroom smelt damp constantly throughout our stay. This maybe because we had water leaking though the extractor fan the first night soaking the bathroom.
On arrival we found a dirty bathroom, oven and bedroom floor. We found a stained quilt and pillows when we stripped the bed. The sofa and bed were uncomfortable. The paper thin walls mean you hear neighbour's using toilet and talking. We were constantly struggling to stay connected to WIFI on all devices. The back of single bed is placed against Electric blow heater, did not use as it looked like fire hazard reported it to owners who said its OK.

shower the showers runs very very low take you more then normal time to have shower and we choice the options for 5 people we just get 2 bedrooms one with 2 single beds another with double bed and the sofa didn’t have bed sheets on it so we pay for 5 but only 4 get bet 3 have to share a bed that was the only thing I didn’t like because I pay for 5 people I hope next time the have bed sheets for the sofa

These apartments are good for 2 adults for a short stay only
The apartment was only big enough for 2 adults, cobwebs on most ceiling areas, kitchen was to a standard level, the bed settee for the 3rd adult was simply terrible, and as a settee, very uncomfortable for any guest to sit on, the TV size was great, but a small round table and chairs would have been better in the kitchen allowing 3 persons to sit around

Great stay!!
My 4 year old son loved staying here! The beds were super comfortable, as were the pillows. We used the blankets, which were so nice! We had two single beds, but I joined them together, as I was too nervous about him falling out of bed. I liked that we had our own space and small outside area. It was a small apartment but it had all the essentials- kitchen, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine. I didn't use all the facilities but they were great to have. I was extremely impressed with how quickly the company dealt with an issue I had, in order to make sure I felt safe in the apartment! When you send a message, there is a small notice that says it could take up to 24hrs for a reply, but I got a reply within an hour, it might have even been half an hour! Amazing!! Sorry for lack of pics, my son started jumping on the bed as soon as we got there!!
There wasn't really anything I didn't like. Just my OCD kicked in which made me feel like I need to buy my own hand wash, body wash, washing up things, antibac things and tea. But that's nothing with the apartment really, I'd say that's just me. Walls were very thin, so you can here the neighbours but that's all. After 10pm, you don't hear a peep from anyone, apart from loud coughs and sneezes 🤭
