Location was good
No bedding for the third person sleeping on the sofa bed , very noisy with visitors upstairs could hear every sound , wasn’t very clean when we got there , but left is spotless . Step at front door was too high and not suitable for older lady with disability,

The closeness to shops , Alton Towers is great
The closeness if you are large groups to be able to spread out
Being able to cook for yourself etc
The beds are outdated needing new slates as we fell through twice
The showers could do with updating
The washing machines need to be deep cleaned or asked to be left open as they smell and the washing smells when washing
The doors need readjusting and looking at the slamming my daughter caught her finger in the door due to the sharpness of them
