Location was good, kitchen had basic utensils, plates etc. Cleanliness could be improved, thanks 😊

Location was good for where we needed to get to (Alton Towers) and other places. Kitchen had basic utensil, plates, crockery which was good. Thank you for the tea, sugar and biscuits!

I was changing my daughter on the rug in the kitchen/dining area and on more than one occasion I found hairs on her, which wasn't great. The bathroom was quite small, not the cleanest and there was a part of the floor which felt like there was a dent under the flooring.

A nice place but for a younger people .

Location was good

No bedding for the third person sleeping on the sofa bed , very noisy with visitors upstairs could hear every sound , wasn’t very clean when we got there , but left is spotless . Step at front door was too high and not suitable for older lady with disability,

Good location for Alton towers, about 20mins drive. Apartment is very big!

Location was good for driving to Alton Towers daily. Entry to apartment was very easy and secure. Parking directly outside and free as on street. Pizza/curry/burgers/chicken shop underneath and many others shops close by. Lidl and Sainsbury two min drive was perfect! Apartment was very big. TV and Internet including Amazon Prime. Biscuits and coffee sachets. All you need to cook own meals. Cereals provided although didnt touch these. Sofa bed was very big. For me and teenage kids it was ideal and not as expensive as other places so would definitely return. Thank you!

Fire doors are great, but they do bang loudly unless you physically close them gently. I slept on sofa bed and its very light at night when trying to sleep as street lamps directly outside window. Could do with blackout blind in lounge.

Good value for money. Needs more forks and the bathroom floor looking at.

The apartment was clean and tidy. The beds were clean and comfy. Location was perfect for a day out to Alton Towers and Trentham monkey park. Close to lots of shops and take-aways. Parking was fine, managed to get a park outside the property most days.

For a family of 6 the apartment was quite small, however we managed fine. The only other minor issues we had was there was only 2 forks for 6 people, which was annoying, however we did eat out most nights so not big deal in the scheme of things. The bathroom floor also felt very unsafe. There is obviously a leak from the shower/toilet under the floor and the floor felt spongy and almost like it was going to fall through,!so I do highly recommend the owner has it looked at.

Window in the living room wouldn't close, not ideal when people were sleeping on a sofa bed in there. Not enough cutlery for the people staying. Bedding for sofa bed wasn't the best, the sheet didn't fit Noise for the other apartments. Sounded like they were going to come through the floor during the night! Not ideal when travelling with children

Average. Not worth the money.

It was bright and airy

Sofa bed was covered in stains, lifted the seat and dust and hair was gathered around edges and corners. It was not cleaned. The dishes, pots and pans were in cupboards unclean, sticky, dirty, food was still stuck on them. We had to purchase disposable dishes because they were not usable. Bathroom smelt, toilet was leaking. Mattresses were very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs digging into you.

The town area of Stoke was easily accessible from the property. On street parking was available. The rooms were spacious, the cooking facilities were good.

Noise from the adjoining apartments was a problem. it was if no sound insulation had been installed in the new walls. The crockery and cutlery were a miss match. There was no clear instructions for the location of the bedding for the sofa bed, however when we contacted the owner they explained. They didn't seem to know that we were a married couple in the bedroom and a third adult who was using the sofa bed. The bathing facilities and WC was a little cramped

My stay was wonderful. My family really liked the apartment.

The property was very clean. Nice decor and colour scheme. Beds were comfortable and the staff/owner was nice. I had to call several times the first night because the light tripped off a few times. But he was courteous and helpful. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

Nice modern apartment, my family and I really loved it here. We stayed for about 9 days. The rooms were very clean and as nice as the pictures. Good location with easy access to bus stations, Sainsbury and convenient stores. Highly recommended.

The apartment was as described and functional.

There were a few wear and tear niggles, extractor fan in shower/toilet room hasn't worked in a while judging by the damp smell. No mention of it being a first floor apartment with steep stairs to access, not a problem for us but we weren't aware. Other niggles were reported and a swift response received. Shower/toilet room was interesting with 6 of us and only 1 toilet, in the same room as the shower!
