Clean and comfortable stay.
Very warm, cosy house.
Heated up very quickly.
Very well equipped.
Tv in the sitting room. (Could be bigger/modernised)
Seperate dining table.
Bathroom window wouldn’t close/lock fully.
Stairs are very steep so our oldest guest stayed on the ground floor - no issue for us but maybe note for future guests.
Metal Beds can be quite noisey when turning over.

Not far from alton towers

All lights worked
Tea and coffee was provided as well as biscuits which was lovely
Fantastic amount of rooms for the price, our whole family got to go 💞
The toilet was not attached to the floor, very shaky.
The floors were grimy and unsteady floorboards upstairs
The doors were heavy
The neighbours were very noisy (not the hosts fault at all)
The stairs were way too steep and this was not specified.
The handrail was loose
The chairs were all needing to be replaced
