Very good but needs improving.

A nice big property. Thankfully the caretaker was there and very helpful to show us correct apartment.

The entrance and communal areas need a bit of work. Front room was very cold as no curtains that's not on

Things we did not like at the property was the pressure of the shower as it was low and that the towels were small.

Perfect for a short break

Clean and tidy. Had everything we needed for our stay

It was in the middle of the town centre, got woken up early hours of the morning by people outside arguing and people coming in and out of other apartments in the block

It was nice but wouldn’t come back

The decor and furniture was lovely and modern and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable

The bathroom window wouldn’t close tightly due to a malfunction in the actual window , the two girls we was with felt very unsafe due to they’re being a platform under the bathroom window which was easily accessible , we have one clean plate the rest were greasy and not clean , under the table in the lounge hasn’t been cleaned or hoovered , the shower screen had come off it’s runner and wouldn’t pull close which I had to fix myself . Upstairs had a very pungent smell of cannabis which the other couple we had with us who stayed upstairs found unbearable and the location isn’t somewhere where I would choose to stay seeing as the pubs and clubs outside got very rowdy and loud of a night which kept us up in the early hours .

100 present perfect couldn't wish for better

we loved it. In the evening I watch the girls across the way singing and dancing from my bedroom window loved it once the window was closed never hardly heard a sound very clean and spacious everything we needed was there well worth the money best place we have stayed I will recommend it to all my friends

Very comfy and very spacious, lots of amenities near by and a large carpark a very short walk away.

The rooms are nicely decorated and everything was very comfortable.

There is a lot of noise from the outside in the mornings but that is not the fault of the property just it’s location.

Disappointed!

The location was right in the centre of the town. It's a perfect location to sample the bars and restaurants, (although there aren't many of them). Hanley really isn't the best of locations, being pretty run down, but the apartment couldn't be more central. Step outside the door, and you're in the thick of it (in a good way). The apartment was quite clean. The owners have obviously spent a lot of money on these apartments, and once inside, they are good. They COULD be excellent, but for the things we didn't like below.

The bed was unmade, and there was no bed linen. We had to get bed linen from another apartment. There was one (yes, one) hand towel. No shower towels or tea towels. There was NO wi-fi. Kitchen is very poorly equipped with utensils. Access hall is scruffy with dirty marks on walls, and not very inviting. The access door had been kicked in at some point, and patched up. Despite numerous calls and promises from the owners, none of the issues were addressed.

The property was lovely and very spacious, it was modern and decorated nice, it has everything you would need in a kitchen, the beds were very comfortable, the tv was great and had all the apps on it for us to log into, it was perfect for us as two couples staying for a few nights to visit Alton towers as it is half an hour away, it’s in the city centre so plenty of shops around.

The entrance to the property could do with a bit of work and just a general clean however the apartment itself was spotless. The back of the sofa was broke in one place however it didn’t affect us using it, one thing I would say is that the door up to the top bedroom doesn’t open from the inside I would of liked to be warned about this before hand luckily we were staying with others who could open the door for us when we got locked in on the first night. Would also of liked to have TVs in the bedrooms.

Horrendous!

Nothing to be honest.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, I stayed in the Bridgewater apartment meant to be for 2 nights but it was that unclean I left after 1 night, I liked absolutely nothing from the second I walked through door, the main entrance door to the building had a foot mark through it then to walk into an unclean smelly hallway, as we entered the Bridgewater apartment, it smelt funny & was very unclean, there was rubbish down beside the beds from previous guests, chewed chewing gum stuck to one of the bedroom windowsills, the bed duvets smelt unwashed, there was dirt on the doorframes, leftover food under the sofa cushions, it was quite frankly diabolical all in all, the owner also said they would provide a travel cot which they didn’t so I had to go & buy some stuff from a local Sainsbury’s, i would not stay here ever again & It’s hard to believe people actually think it’s acceptable to take money for providing such poor quality conditions!

Rats in the Kitchen - avoid!

We stayed in this accommodation for a weekend to celebrate my Dad’s birthday and see the football. On the Sunday morning, I woke up to use the toilet. I went downstairs and hear loud rustling from the kitchen/living room. I looked in and seen a rat, 10 inches from tail to head, climb onto the windowsill. I heard another rustling inside a bag on the counter. I shut the door and told my group about the rats. We agreed we were unfit to drive as we had been out the night before. We waited a few hours and then decided we had to leave. Before leaving, we went into the living room to gather our things. The place was littered with droppings! I messaged booking.com and the property owners at 6am after discovering the rats. The owners advised they would send someone in to investigate. Following this, they admitted there was droppings but said that they had to ascertain what left them. They now tell me that there is no proof of rats being in the accommodation and they will not refund us for the stay. This is disgusting, unhygienic and terrible customer service. Do not book under any circumstances!
