Very clean and modern flat in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Stoke-on-Trent. Everything was spotless, the apartment feels new, and the location is great with a park just across the street. The host was very friendly and quick to respond to messages, the Wi‑Fi was fast, and having a TV with Netflix and Disney+ was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. We would definitely choose this place again.

The only negative point is the size of the double bed, which felt small.

Close to a lovely park, convenient, good price, needs some upgrades

It was a good price for the weekend , park across the road for kids is amazing and they spent couple hours over there to wind down after a long day

We had issues with the hot water in the shower it was red hot so all 5 of us couldn’t shower the first day we stayed , contacted owner who sent a plumber out to get it fixed same day and refunded a nights stay very quickly , floors need a good clean as walking through house after a shower ended up with dirty feet 👣 Beds are very soft not ideal if have a bad back

Lovely well presented home. Warm and welcoming. We had just driven 8+ hours and was let down by our original accommodation due to an error by booking.com. We were stranded in Uttoxeter. Everyone was tired, hungry, and upset. Our holiday to Alton Towers had been booked since February so we weren’t expecting any problems. I saw Emerald had availability and booked ASAP. So glad we did. It was absolutely lovely. Warm welcoming and comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to messages and was very helpful.

Our stay was exceptional

I liked everything about the facility, the location and the property was clean to a high standard can’t fault it in anyway. Also the warm welcome we received from the owner was great, we couldn’t locate the place he stayed on the phone to make sure we arrived safely, there was fresh towel, chocolate for the kids.

Birthday family stay away from home

The house is very well kept and was a pleasure to stay in. I particularly liked the little touches of towels and body wash laid out so neatly. The beds were very comfortable, lots of room to move around. Great stay all round.

It is very close to a busy road which unfortunately couldn't be helped, there is a lovely park and lake opposite with was great for the kids.

Exceptional

The place was immaculate and very homely. Owner was so nice and helpful. It has everything you need for a stay as either a couple or a family. The park across the road is beautiful. It's a 10 minute walk to town centre and 15 mins to waterworld. Which is a fantastic indoor waterpark which caters to children and adults of all ages. If driving 28 mins to alton towers (which from 2 years in a row I recommend a 2 day pass). This place is perfect if you are looking for this type of holiday and can save u money if u plan on getting a hotel. Also on food because cooking facilities here are really good. Plenty of information in the booklet regarding Internet and how to work the cooker etc. From a chef the hob is really nice. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and have every intention of going back next time we down that way.

Good Location

The house was in a great location for Alton Towers and waterworld. The town centre was about a 15 minute walk away. There is plenty of shops near by. The house provided everything we needed, the host was great, we had a problem with the washing machine not working, in less than an hour of me messaging, a repair man had been in and sorted it out. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were very spacious.

The bathroom was located down stairs at the back of the house, the bedrooms were up some very steep stairs. Downstairs space was a little snug for 5. The property is also situated on a very busy road and very noisy at night. (These are not complaints, just things I personally struggled with).

Great property, Fantastic weekend, highly recommended.

Very clean, spacious, facilities were great. Location brilliant for food, super markets, Alton towers, night life. Easy access and to get into the property with key safe. The hosts were very fast to settle any questions about the property with replies within the hour. Great communication.

Beds weren’t the most comfy, but not the worse either, but we are use to our own beds so this is probably common in every place you stay anyway. Again, didn’t effect sleep or the stay.

Value for money with good facilities

Bright and airy property, fully equipped with little extras too like toiletries and slippers/ flipflops. Clean and comfortable . Took us a while to work out how to get the TV channels to work, maybe some instructions would help.

Towels were provided but only 1 bath towel the others were hand towels. I would have liked bath towels

The host very friendly and helpful. The house was clean, well stocked and tidy house, with good value for money, easy access and a stress free stay. The location was exactly as described and very pleasant.

The property owner was on our case every time we couldn't enjoy our stay there. Therefore, I am not sure if I will book the same property again for my next trip.
