Emerald Living - Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, sleeps 5, with free parking!

We recently stayed here . Lovely and clean and beautifully set out . Great location and pretty central to everything . Free parking is great and an added bonus . Contact with the property was easy and with quick replies . Would definitely stay here again

We have just returned from 2 nights stay as a group of friends on a trip to Alton Towers. Lovely tidy house with all necessary amenities. 1 double bed and 3 single beds spread over 3 rooms so perfect for what we needed. Gavin, the hosts communication via booking.com was absolutely spot on, never waited more than 30 minutes for a reply at any point when asking questions about the property before, during or after the stay! Clear and concise instructions sent on time before check in on the day of arrival. Brilliant, comfortable place to stay which immediately felt like a home from home. Will absolutely look to use this property again rather than a hotel on future trips!

Absolutely nothing about this property is negative. Only mild disturbance was a couple of loud cars outside but this was absolutely minimal and wasnt at any stupid times like at the middle of the night and obviously not within our hosts control .

Good location . Warm and comfortable . All facilities included for self catering. Good sized rooms and good communication. From owner .Bright and modern

Only 1 parking permit but owner advised places to park second car close by for free

It was a good price for the weekend , park across the road for kids is amazing and they spent couple hours over there to wind down after a long day

We had issues with the hot water in the shower it was red hot so all 5 of us couldn’t shower the first day we stayed , contacted owner who sent a plumber out to get it fixed same day and refunded a nights stay very quickly , floors need a good clean as walking through house after a shower ended up with dirty feet 👣 Beds are very soft not ideal if have a bad back
