Good communications from the owner. A mix up with which flat we had was easily sorted. Location is central and good for what we needed. Parking was easy opposite. Flat was OK. We only stayed one night so didn't use many facilities. Bathroom had shower gel etc which was a nice touch.
Kitchen and bathroom is a bit tired and cupboards could do with a good clean on the fronts. Bedroom is small and barely any room to walk to the other side of the bed. Only 1 towel provided for 2 people. Whilst the bedding was washed there are a few stains which doesn't look good. Bed is very soft.

The host, Penny, was very receptive ,kind, and friendly. He house was very neat ,clean, and tidy.
She has a very sweet aura that encapsulates the whole atmosphere.
She went above and beyond to meet our immediate needs

This was a really nice apartment. Clean and comfortable and like a home from home.
It was thoughtful that there was milk in the fridge ready for tea and coffee.
I hadn't been sure about parking on a single yellow line but the next day there were plenty of cars there.

The location is ok and easy to get to Longton has some good shops close by.
Tea coffee milk & biscuits are all included.
We found it smaller than we thought it would be, it is a dog friendly property and with 2 adults and 1 dog it filled up quickly. To get past the bed you have to walk sideways and brush up against the wall or climb over the bed itself.
It is tired in some places like the bathroom, but the kitchen is new. Although it looked clean on the surface It would benefit from a deep clean.
