Really comfy clean bed & towels,
Upgrade to ensuite.
Pillows nice and soft.
Quiet location , got a good night sleep.
Big tv in bedroom.
Great communication from the owner about checkin and he showed me around the house. Very helpful.
Use of well stocked kitchen & sitting room.
Had a key so could come and go.
Very modern ensuite.
This is typical student accommodation during the academic year. The room furnishings are worn and skirting boards etc need repair and painting.
Ensuite sink & shower needs a good bleaching .
It wouldn't suit a lot of people if your fussy.
All i wanted was a clean bed for a couple of nights.
I would definitely go back on my own but wouldn't take my parents.

I had a great one-night stay here last week. The bed was really comfortable, the room was a good size, and everything was clean and well kept. The landlord was also very helpful. I’d happily stay again.

No curtains (just blinds) which made room very bright (stayed in peak of summer)
