Room clean and well set up. Needed to contact the letting company to get a new code to the key box, but though it was early evening their response was quick, friendly and efficient.
The company required a lot of additional personal information such as a scan of my driving licence online in a process outside of booking.com and put an additional charge on my credit card (which was eventually removed) as a security deposit. No problem with the deposit, but the letting company has a worrying amount of my personal information.

The room facilities was good, room was clean and bed was comfortable. The TV worked fine this week.
There was a smell of smoking so needed to open the window which increased the traffic noise. The person next door had some strange noisy activities banging about the room, playing music and departing every 40 minutes until 04:30 in the morning, this repeated every night. The stairs are a little steep and slightly narrow making hauling luggage a little difficult. Finding parking is also difficult.
