The whole building was exceptionally clean and well presented. Everything was tidy and organised beautifully. The property owner/manager was friendly and helped me with my issues immediately.
The parking situation is unclear at best. You can only park for 3 hours unless you have a parking permit, which I wasn't notified about. Also, the listing states apartment but it is a room in a shared house.
