Decent place for value. Spacious Room. Two shared showering facilites which is really great. I personally didnt use the kitchen or the living room, but everyhthing seemed in order.
The heater of the house was on when I arrive, it was 20 degrees outside, so I dont there was a need for a heater to be on, however, the one in my room was not on, so didnt really affected me. Just thinkig that the landlord could save some pounds here.

it was ok overall ..Nothing special
There wasn't 2 keys in my room on arrival. There was supposed to be a room and front door key according to your email. There was only a room key .The other key was in the lock box outside the property .
