Check-In & Check-Out:
• Check-In Time: 16:00 (Early check-in may be available for an extra fee or by booking the night prior.)
• Check-Out Time: 10:30 (Late check-out subject to availability and additional cost.)
• ID Required at Check-In: Valid photo ID matching the booking name is mandatory (Passport, National ID, or Driver's License accepted).
• Luggage Storage: Available free of charge before check-in or up to 12 hours after check-out at our central office at 168 Granby Place. Extended storage beyond 12 hours costs €10/day.
Booking Extensions:
• Requests for extending your stay are welcome and subject to availability and potential rate changes. Confirmation must be provided in writing.

House Rules
• Cleanliness & Upkeep: Guests are expected to maintain the apartment in a clean condition. Any damage or excessive mess may result in charges.
• No Smoking: The property is strictly non-smoking. A €200 cleaning fee will apply for violations.
• No Parties or Events: Absolutely no parties or events. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund and additional fees.
• No Pets: Pets are not allowed unless approved in writing in advance. Approved pets require a €500 refundable deposit and €200 cleaning fee.
• Lost Key Fee: €200 will be charged for lost or unreturned keys.
• Garbage Disposal: Guests must dispose of waste properly using labeled bins (Recycling, Glass, General, etc.), as outlined on the apartment’s rear door.
• Energy Usage: Utilities are included, but guests are encouraged to conserve energy responsibly.

Maintenance & Support
• Urgent Issues: Report all maintenance problems promptly. They are prioritized based on severity.
• Complaints: Submit formal concerns in writing via email. If unresolved, partial refunds or complimentary services may be offered.
• Damage Responsibility: Guests are financially responsible for any damage, including loss of income due to unusable units. This includes stained mattresses, appliance damage, unauthorized modifications, and more.
• Access: Staff may enter for maintenance, cleaning, or inspections. Advance notice will be given when possible, except in emergencies or suspected policy violations.
