Small basic apartment in an excellent location. Perfect for a short stay.

Location was excellent. Easy access. Great communication with the owner.

Windows not insulated/sealed, so pedestrian conversations clearly heard. Could do with new bath, and bathroom generally could do with some work. Curtain poles not working. Little maintenance touches needed here and there. But suited us fine for the night we were there and would recommend it for people who are happy with a clean, basic space.

Location is fantastic

Some facilities could do with a slight improvement. Eg broken toilet roll holder could be removed from wall in bathroom as it could cause injury given how close it is to the toilet. A fan would make a good addition to the room

L'emplacement

Nous sortons de l'appartement et je laisse un commentaire immédiatement. Le niveau d'insalubrité de l'appartement n'est pas en adéquation avec ce que propose habituellement booking, des sanitaires sales...poils pubiens, une réservation pour 4 personnes....des couchages prévu pour 2...Je contacte le propriétaire pour comprendre il nous propose de dormir sur le sofa ce que je peux tout a fais comprendre mais sans drap .....j'ai pris des photos du sofa je ne vous ferez pas de commentaire je vous laisse juger les photos....En sus des fenêtres qui ne ferment pas, de la porte d'entrée qui est défoncée....Soit jamais je n'avais connu pareille expérience avec booking étant genius. Un conseil ne vous laissez pas berner par les photos de l'annonce. Ce bien n'est pas digne de figurer sur booking.

L'emplacement était bien.

On nous a loué un logement pour 5, le logement est pour 4, une personne à du dormir par terre... après avoir fait un long voyage en avion, c'est franchement les boules ! Quand nous avons enlever les draps des matelas... on s'est dit qu'on avait dormie sur quelque chose de bien bien bien sale. Il y avait encore des excréments dans les WC.

Zweckmäßig, tolle Lage, aber sehr abgewohnt und laut

Super Lage, alles fußläufig erreichbar, das ist optimal!

Sehr heruntergekommen, alles wurde irgendwie notdürftig weiß überstrichen, was aber nicht über den abgewohnten Zustand hinwegtäuschen kann (Riss in der Badewanne etc). Besonders ärgerlich war, dass uns das Appartement für 5 Personen vermietet wurde mit einer angeblichen Doppelcouch im Esszimmer, diese ist klapprig und ausgeklappt keine 90cm breit, schon für eine Person unbequem, zu zweit unmöglich! Wir hatten zum Glück Campingsachen incl. Feldbett dabei… es gibt aber auch nur 4 Stühle, also zu fünft No-Go. Sehr laut von der Straße. Insgesamt zweckmäßig aber nicht besonders angenehm.

La proximité du centre de Dublin

Le logement est très vétuste, très bruyant. Pas de ventilation, très humide. Les wc ne sont pas efficaces, la douche/baignoire est défoncée....parquet gondolé... ça sent l'humidité...les tringles à rideaux tombent dès que vous touchez aux rideaux, bref, pitoyable.
