• (Early check-in available for an additional fee if the apartment is ready. Guaranteed early check-in requires booking the night before.)
• Check-Out Time: By 10:30 AM
• (Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur a charge.)
• Identification Required:
• Guests must present valid ID (passport, national ID card, or driver’s license) that matches the name on the booking.
Luggage Storage:
Available free of charge at the main office on 168 Granby Place for early arrivals or after check-out (up to 12 hours). Longer storage may incur a fee of €10/day.
Policies and House Rules
Cleanliness & General Upkeep;
Guests must maintain cleanliness and report any damage immediately. Failure to do so may result in charges or partial deposit deductions.
Non-Smoking Property;
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. A violation will result in a €200 penalty.
No Parties or Events;
All forms of gatherings are not allowed. Breach of this rule may incur a €200 fine, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of your booking without a refund.
Pet Policy;
Pets are not permitted unless written permission is granted. Approved stays require a €500 refundable deposit and a €200 cleaning fee.
Lost Keys;
Lost or stolen keys are subject to a €200 replacement charge.
Waste Disposal;
Guests must follow the waste segregation rules posted inside each apartment and use designated bins or purple refuse bags provided. Categories include recycling, glass, general waste, and more.
Energy Use;
Utility charges are included, but guests are asked to conserve energy by turning off unused appliances and lights.
Cancellations & Booking Changes;
The accommodation provider reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings due to suspected fraudulent activity, errors, or unavailability. Guests will be notified in such instances, and any changes will be managed with transparency.
During Your Stay: Support & Maintenance
Maintenance Requests:
Any issue should be reported promptly. Concerns are prioritized by urgency and will be resolved accordingly.
Complaints:
All formal complaints must be submitted via email. Where applicable, compensation (e.g. partial refunds or added services) may be considered.
Utility Disruptions or External Noise:
Temporary outages or disturbances—unless caused by proven negligence—do not qualify for rate reductions. This includes issues like construction noise, dust, or weather-related disruptions.
Damage & Liability
What Is Considered Damage:
This includes but is not limited to physical breakage, appliance malfunction due to misuse, stained bedding, unauthorized changes to the apartment, and water or mold damage.
Guest Responsibility:
The lead guest is financially responsible for repair or replacement costs and for covering loss of income due to any resulting unavailability of the unit.
Mattress & Linen Damage:
Stains or fouling of bedding and mattresses will be charged at replacement cost.
Vehicle Liability:
The property does not assume responsibility for damage or theft involving guest vehicles.
Access to the Property
Staff Access:
Authorised personnel may access the unit for inspections, maintenance, or housekeeping. Staff will always knock or ring the bell prior to entering.
Emergency or Safety Concerns:
In cases involving emergencies, suspected illegal activities, or welfare checks, entry may occur without prior notice.
Pet Coordination (Where Approved):
If pets are allowed, guests must cooperate to facilitate smooth access for service visits, including temporarily removing the animal if needed.
