Don’t be misled by false claims of the host - overpriced fur what you actually get

The location was good Host was courteous even if he was absolutely unhelpful and unwilling to compensate for missing services

The third bed that was in the description when we booked did not exist, so one of us had to sleep on the sofa The WiFi did not work and as a result the tv services also did not work. When we told the host he said it was a new problem but did not want to pay the call out fee for the caretaker to fix it. Over two days he came up with more excuses. Then it became evident that the previous guests had had the same problem. At that point he offered to pay if we bought a 20 euro sum card to use phone data. We rejected given we were paying around 300 euros per night for an apartment that was missing many if the advertised services. The host then stopped responding to messages for theorist of our stay until it cancerous checkout time

Divano letto inagibile in quanto rotto in più punti Lenzuola nei letti matrimoniali sporche e macchiate,come anche quelle disponibili negli armadi Indumenti e scarpe di altre persone presenti nell’armadio Roba ammucchiata sotto il letto Un solo termosifone funzionante nella zona giorno,le camere prive di riscaldamento Scarsa pulizia in tutto l’appartamento Riscontrati tutti questi problemi,il proprietario,immediatamente contattato,non si è mostrato per nulla disponibile e non ci ha dato alcun supporto pratico per risolvere la situazione e alle ore 20,dopo una lunga ricerca,ci siamo dovuti trasferire in un’altro struttura,ovviamente ad un costo molto elevato,visto il periodo Per questo motivo abbiamo già inoltrato richiesta di cancellazione gratuita e rimborso dell’intero importo pagato
