2 Bedroom Apartment near historical Christchurch

Excellent location . Lots of stores for groceries ( right next door ) and a spar and dollar store just down the road under 5 min walk ( you will pass Christchurch on your way there ) . 10-15 minute walk to the City Centre . Bus-stops etc just up and down the road. Dublinia is 5 min up the road. Loads of pubs and restaurants within 5-8 min walking distance ( I walk fast so all these times can vary )The facility had everything we needed as advertised . TV and wifi all worked great. We had a long stay of 18 nights and really no complaints besides the 1st day - see below .

The stay started off very badly as we found the place had not been cleaned ! ,Dusty , old linen on bed etc ( unsure for how long but it seemed a while.Not good as we were exhausted after tiring flights and had to wait till 3pm to check in - hoping to sleep. The good news is that the hosts were quick to respond to emails and calls . A cleaner came over around 8 pm and cleaned till 10:30 or so ( a bit intrusive but what to do) Due to the inconvenience the hosts promised a refund of 1 nights stay - which I received . Wif info given to us was not updated ( but was easy to sort out myself ) A little noisy street at night but quite tolerable.The key pickup lockbox pictures were incorrect but the actual written direction were correct - a bit confusing though .

Location was excellent

For 4 person there are only 3 forks

The apartment is nice but tiny. Defrost the freezer please and deep clean the bathroom tiles.

The apartment faces on to Patrick Street and its traffic and sirens 24 hours a day. It is not a safe location. Junkies, alcoholics everywhere, often sitting outside the apartment until 3am singing, shouting and fighting.
