The location.
The apartment is very overpriced for what it offers. On top of that, check-out is at 10:00 a.m., and just ten minutes later I received several calls. As we were walking out the door, a man immediately asked me for the keys without even asking how our stay had been. Overall, the experience felt quite impersonal and definitely not worth the price we paid.
