Loved this property and its proximity to everything. Only issue i had was there is no Air-conditioning and being summer in Ireland i found it to be unbearable to sleep with a small desk fan.
If you arenuse to aircon and dont like stairs then do not book.

Really lovely apartment in a great location. Really clean and nice amenities. Also great customer service. Had a few challenges checking in and out with the key kiosk. But someone always answered the phone ( yes a real person) and solved the problem. Really really nice! Highly recommended.

The Sutcliffe House apartment itself is very comfortable and well apportioned … appliances, kitchen equipment, washer dryer etc. All working fine. It’s on me that I did not ask in advance about the building having an elevator although it seems to me that with 100 steps round trip it would have been a good thing to disclose. The check in process was very disappointing.The Eustace Street neighborhood was a significant negative - noisy clamor every night when pubs closed with shouting and hollering into the wee hours. Very annoying making it difficult to sleep.We did not take any photos. Happy to speak to you about our stay. We will not be returning
