• Identification Requirement:
A valid ID (passport, national ID card, or driving license) matching the booking name must be presented at check-in.
• Luggage Storage:
12 hours after check-out. Extended storage is charged at €10/day.
House Rules & Guest Responsibilities
• Cleanliness:
Guests are expected to keep the apartment tidy. Any damage or cleanliness issues must be reported immediately. Excessive mess or damage may result in charges.
• Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine of €200 will apply for any violations.
• No Parties or Events:
Gatherings of any kind are not permitted. A €200 fine applies for breaches. Serious violations may result in eviction without refund.
• Pets:
Pets are not allowed unless approved in writing. Approved stays require a €500 refundable deposit and a €200 cleaning fee.
• Lost Key Fee:
A charge of €200 will apply for lost or unreturned keys.
• Waste Disposal:
Guests must follow in-unit guidelines for sorting and disposing of waste correctly using designated bins and bags.
• Energy Usage:
Utilities are included, but guests are encouraged to turn off lights and appliances when not in use to support sustainability.
Reservation & Cancellation Policies
• Modifications or Cancellations by the Provider:
Reservations may be modified or cancelled in cases of error, fraud, or unavailability. Guests will be notified promptly in such instances.
Support During Your Stay
• Maintenance Issues:
Should any problems arise, report them as soon as possible. Maintenance issues are prioritized based on severity and resolved accordingly.
• Complaints:
Formal complaints may be submitted in writing. If an issue cannot be resolved immediately, compensation or alternate arrangements may be considered.
• Service Interruptions:
Temporary disruptions in utilities or services are not eligible for compensation unless proven to result from negligence. This includes noise or dust from external sources.
Damage & Liability Policy
• What Constitutes Damage:
Any change to the apartment’s condition outside normal wear and tear—e.g., physical damage, appliance breakage, wall stains, mold, unauthorized alterations, or damage from pets or children.
• Guest Responsibility:
The person who booked the accommodation is financially liable for any damage or associated loss of rental income. All damages must be reported promptly.
• Bedding & Mattress Policy:
Guests are responsible for any soiling or staining. Replacement costs will be charged for damaged items.
Access to the Apartment
• Staff Entry:
Authorized staff may enter for maintenance, inspections, or cleaning. Proper notice will be provided when possible.
• Emergency Access:
In cases of emergency, suspected illegal activity, or welfare concerns, staff may access the unit without prior notice.
• Guests with Pets (when approved):
If pets are permitted, guests must assist with access arrangements, including temporarily removing pets if necessary during service visits.
