Very clean and comfortable. It is a bit of walk to town, 15/20 mins but it is a nice walk. Supermarket 100 metres away. Host was lovely.

Very charming and spacious room. It’s hard to find accommodation with breakfast included in Kilkenny at such reasonable prices! It is not in the city centre, but not too far either, 15 min walking. There are Lidl and Aldi nearby.
The room was rather cold so it would have been nice to have a blanket. There was no hot breakfast. The location might be confusing as a quite similar looking house (also B&B) is more visible from the road.

The price was reasonable , but it went downhill in the last few years
The room states a private bathroom but it's across the hall and you have to lock and unlock with a key , it should be stated that it is not ensuite on booking.com . Breakfast has gone from cooked to continental affair with a selection of cheap lidi products and awful instant coffee. This place used to be a good B&B but it's all changed and differently not for the better
