Very clean, very comfy bed, good instructions for checking in/out

No stuff, but received easy instruction was received a couple days before

I thought it was free parking, but the hotel doesn’t have the parking. Needed to park the public parking with extra charge

A great option for our one night stay in Kilkenny. Good communication from the hosts about check-in and parking (we were lucky to nab a space in the car park across the road) and a lovely first floor room with all manner of thoughtful touches - a carafe of water, fresh milk, homemade biscuits, coffee maker with pods, even pots of instant porridge to compensate for lack of a breakfast room. Everything spotlessly clean. Good location, with all the sites within easy walking distance not to mention a wealth of bars and restaurants on the doorstep.

Our room faced on to a main road so there was some traffic noise

The location is great, and the house itself is nice, and we enjoyed our previous visit.

The room was quite small, very loud, and a bit unclean. The bed was way too soft/old, the bath needs updating, and it is very overpriced for what it is.
