Location was great, in a quiet spot but easy walk to town. Room was bright, clean and comfortable. The hosts were lovely. Breakfast was excellent.
This is just an us issue but we struggled a bit with carrying our bags up 2 flights of stairs.

The B&B is located in a quiet area at a walking distance from the castle and center of Kilkenny. We really enjoyed being able to leave the car and wander around on foot.
We stayed for one night and the bed was very comfortable, and the Irish breakfast very yummy.
Our host were nice.
I'm sure it will be fixed, but the heater in the bathroom was stuck to the max. We had to keep the window open to avoid the room being too hot. I forgot to mention that point to them though.
