Loved the location, walking distance from center. Very, very clean property and room. The shower was exceptional even better than some hotels in the bigger cities. That means a lot because when traveling around Europe sometimes the pressure in showers and the hot water leave a lot to be desired. Here it was the best. The owner, I believe his name was Liam, was an exceptional host. Very nice talking to him about current world events. And the best for us was the picnic breakfast in our room in the morning. Simple but delicious and very, very fresh.
Cannot think of a thing that was not to our liking.

Lovely B and B, spotless, comfortable, great location near to city centre. Breakfast basket was lovely too. Highly recommended, great value for money.

The location was perfect for us. Walking along the castle wall into Kilkenny was a treat. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean and well appointed. Host was very professional and friendly.
The doors to each room dont exclude sounds so you can easily hear people come in at night. The breakfast is a continental hamper as advertised - it was absolutely fine but we missed having wider options.

Location was fine, was able to park my car.
Windows to rear of house were very dirty on the outside.
Breakfast in my room....have never seen this before. It should be more clear when booking. ..but the detail was well hidden on the booking page.
