The Garden Room

Studio au rez de chaussée d'une villa calme située à 300 m du chateau et du centre-ville. Chambre séjour spacieuse idéale pour 2 personnes. Petite terrasse pour déjeuner (s'il ne pleut pas). Machine à café avec dosettes, thé et bouteilles d'eau à disposition .

Salle de bains un peu ancienne (baignoire avec paroi). Pas d'ustensiles de cuisine comme mentionné.

Location was excellent

A little difficult to find.

The location was fantastic, so close to the castle and the centre of Kilkenny in a very quiet residential street (tucked away). It had everything we required, the double bed was very comfortable and everything very clean. Lots of thought has gone into the property, a coffee machine, mini fridge, shower gel, shampoo etc all provided. The weather was lovely and there are table and chairs outside where we sat in the lovely private garden. Would highly recommend.

The worst thing was the shower, a bit out dated, over the bath and was a bit wild at times. It's very powerful but the water temperature was all over the place. But for a few days, it was fine and at least powerful. The bathroom was huge and could have a separate shower, easily.
