The apartment is in a perfect location, with everything within easy reach. It’s very functional and warm, and the hosts were extremely helpful, pleasant, and welcoming.

Since we stayed in February, the heating was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, ideal for relaxing. The beds are comfortable, and the linens were clean and fresh.

Perfect apartment for a comfortable stay in Thessaloniki

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment! It was cozy, comfortable, and perfect for two couples. Everything we needed was provided, making our time there very pleasant and easy. The value for money was excellent. The location is a bit outside the city center, but that was ideal for us since we came for the marathon — the starting point at the stadium was just a short walk away. Parking on the street in front of the apartment is free; we were lucky to find a spot right by the entrance. Overall, it’s a great place to stay – we’d definitely choose it again if we come back to Thessaloniki!

Θα το ξαναεπιλεγαμε σε κάθε περίπτωση με κλειστά μάτια.

Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα για μία πολύ άνετη διαμονή. Φιλοξενεί ευχάριστα 2 ζευγαρια (το ένα μάλιστα με μικρά παιδιά). Είχε τα πάντα από όσα θα μπορούσαμε να χρειαστούμε. Η παρουσία του κ. Εύθυμη κατά την άφιξη μας βοήθησε τα μέγιστα στην άνετη διαμονή μας. Εξυπηρετικότατος.

Μοναδική μικρη δυσκολία που αντιμετωπίσαμε ήταν το πάρκινγκ. Δεν είχε δικό του πάρκινγκ το κατάλυμα αλλά βρίσκεις θέση σταθμευσης με σχετική άνεση στην γύρω περιοχή.

Η διαμονή μου στο κατάλυμα ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχη. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος, άνετος και πολύ λειτουργικός, με όλες τις παροχές που χρειάζονται για μια ξέγνοιαστη και ευχάριστη παραμονή. Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος ήταν ιδιαίτερα βολική, είτε για μετακινήσεις είτε για χαλάρωση, κάτι που έκανε την εμπειρία ακόμη καλύτερη. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ξεχώρισε για την ευγένεια και τη φιλοξενία του. Ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμος να βοηθήσει με οτιδήποτε, δίνοντας χρήσιμες πληροφορίες και κάνοντας με να νιώσω πραγματικά καλοδεχούμενος. Η προθυμία του και η θετική του στάση συνέβαλαν ώστε να αισθανθώ σαν στο σπίτι μου. Συνολικά, πρόκειται για ένα κατάλυμα που προσφέρει άνεση, καθαριότητα και εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση. Θα το προτιμούσα ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη και το συστήνω θερμά σε όποιον αναζητά μια ευχάριστη και αξιόπιστη επιλογή για τη διαμονή του.
