Proprio tutto. Cibo ottimo, personale gentilissimo. La struttura è antica e suggestiva, perfetta per immergersi nell’atmosfera del Giappone tradizionale. Avremmo voluto trascorrere più notti lì e non solo una.

Alojarnos aquí fue una experiencia única. El personal no pudo ser más amable y atento. El onsen está genial, casi no había nadie por lo que fue muy tranquilo. Tiene tiendas y restaurantes muy cerca y la zona es preciosa.

Nos hubiera gustado poder tomar un desayuno tradicional allí pero dan ese servicio.

The hospitality was exceptional, I was treated extremely well during my stay. The staff always made sure that I my needs were attended to and made the stay extremely comfortable.

Perfectly located within walking distance of Hakone Station and close to a variety of great restaurants, this hotel was an ideal base for our trip. I stayed for two days with my family, and we truly enjoyed our relaxing mountainside escape. The hot springs were absolutely stunning, easily some of the most beautiful I’ve experienced, and having access to them every day made the stay feel extra special. What stood out most was the staff. They were incredibly caring and attentive, offering helpful support both before and throughout our stay, which made everything feel seamless and welcoming.

A few aspects of the stay didn’t quite meet expectations. The private tub in our suite was quite small and not very inviting, especially compared to the beautiful public onsen. In hindsight, I wouldn’t splurge on this extra amenity again. The bathroom also had a noticeable odor, which was a bit off-putting. Additionally, sleeping on the padded floor mattresses was a unique and traditional experience, but slightly uncomfortable for us.
