We loved this place - private onsen, foot bath and sauna; so much space; very modern, clean and comfortable. Location was convenient- only 5 minutes walk from Kowakudani station ( although be aware that the walk is along curvy roads and parts of the walk have no footpath so it can be a bit dangerous at night).
The only negative is there is no front desk and therefore no luggage forwarding or storage before checkin or after checkout.

It's an amazing experience in the hotel. Huge space for family even with 10 people. I was so surprised by the extraordinary Outdoor/indoor Onsen, Sauna, Stone spa in the house! Everything was clean and tidy! And the check-in was so smooth and easy!
The only thing not that perfect was the internet speed, which made the streaming channel (Youtube, Netflix) on TV didn't smooth enough.

Beautiful rooms, clean and well equipped. Will recommend it! Just as few notes if this is your first time in this area: Difficult to use the appliances as they are in Japanese, even though they provide a QR code with instructions we couldn’t use it. There are no dining options nearby and no restaurant at the hotel. Check-in is virtual and they are strict with the 3 pm check-in. Difficult to find or request taxis.

They do not have an onsite staff. This is not very clear at the time of booking. Not having an onsite staff means you cannot leave your bags at the hotel. So if you plan to drop your bags or have them delivered to the hotel, do not book with this hotel
