Nice clean place, however don’t come early as they are very strict with there check in time of 3pm

Our first stay in a Rakuten property and it won’t be our last. Loved the room, which was more an apartment really. Every thing we would or could need was provided though I wasn’t expecting a telescope to see the stars! Check in was digital and very easy. Welcome pack was unexpected and very good - especially the red wine. Loved the private onsen and balcony foot spa. There was also a sauna but we didn’t use that. 10/10.

I loved the property, the unit was spacious and clean and located within walking distance from the train station. There’s no one on sight to manage check in so don’t show up early because you can’t get in. I would definitely stay here again.
