- Very friendly owner. He bought Balinese cakes for me each morning!
- I arrived early and I could check in early, He was also relaxed about me checking out late if need be.
- Perfect location to explore Sidemen.
- Cute cabin, with a good desk, comfy bed and good A/C.
- Big bathroom. Clean.
- Kettle, cups and tea/coffee in the room.
- WiFi / internet was not great (poor signal and slow). I was thinking of staying an extra day but I didn't in the end because I need to make video calls and the internet wasn't strong enough (especially during rain).
- To add to the previous point, I had 2 bars of 4G on my phone and hotspotting was also slow. So, if you need to work online, keep in mind that internet coverage in general doesn't seem very strong in Sidemen.
- Having a hairdryer would be useful. It was very rainy during my stay and a hairdryer would've been perfect because I was soaked when I returned in the evening!

The house was amazing with a high level of comfort and cleanliness. Even though we didnt order breakfast the owner brought us something to eat every morning from the local kitchen that we never tried before. The owner greatly helped us with any planning on the day and was extremely friendly. It was the best homestay that we've been to in indonesia. Thank you!
As in a lot of places in Indonesia, you only get hot water for a few minutes.

This place is a complete treasure!
I can't believe we found such an awesome property... the bungalow was very clean and comfortable. Very comfortable bed with nice linen.
Host was so welcoming, kind and accommodating.
Great location- easy walk to Sideman rice terraces which were stunning and great food at warungs about 1 minute walk away.
Amazing stay and wish we could have stayed longer!
Maybe put a screen over the vent in the bathroom to keep out bugs???
But I'm neurotic about bugs and we actually didn't see any during our stay so possibly owner knows better than me 😀

Die Unterkunft war grandios. Alles neu, alles sauber, alles top. Es gibt ein schönes bequemes Doppelbett. Eine Kaffee:Tee Ecke mit Wasserkocher und Wasser welches er immer nachfüllt. Er macht jeden Morgen ein balinesisches Frühstück gratis. Ein tolles Badezimmer mit heißem Wasser und schöner Dusche. Mitten drin aber abgelegen ruhig. Perfekt. Von außen auf der Straße hätte ich es so nicht erwartet. Gerne wieder.
