Peaceful escape and amazing hosts !

Location, hosts, comfort and tranquillity. Breakfast was simple but delicious...omelettes and pan fried tomato with a warm ginger tea to start the day. Hosts were extremely kind and welcoming! Definitely recommend this place to stay if you are coming to Sideman. Only two units so no one else around :)

Needed some hand soap near toilet sink and hand towels. Mosquito net could have been bigger.

Top place

Really a top place! A bit of a scary steep road to get there but once you are there you don't want to leave. The people who work there are friendly, reliable, respectful and arrange a good breakfast for you that is also brought, a scooter if you want that is brought there and do their best for you. The room is spacious and pleasant, good bed and there is peace. At least if you are lucky with your neighbors, which was unfortunately not the last night. Then you will hear everything but apart from that we had a great time!

Late night music.

Bungalow is nice and clean, surrounding and garden are pretty, staff is helpful and breakfast was good.

Loud music/karaoke played by the neighbours late at night and early in the morning. Maybe it does not happen every day but that weekend there was a religious celebration so neighbours were celebrating, but music was not traditional Bali music but mainstream dance music. I left next morning, I got refunded. Bathroom was not comfortable to use. The only mirror in the bungalow was by the sink and was located very low. Foot plates/stones were located in the strange positions and not user friendly way. Staff unexpectedly came to sweep my terrace while my door were opened and I was inside the room so I’d say my privacy was a bit violated. The road to the property is steep so some people may have troubles getting there.

A beautiful location that looks perfect but noise from the farms and properties is loud.

The view from this Villa is exceptional, a gorgeous outlook over rice paddies to rolling hills and mountains. The room was very well presented with a lovely bathroom and great air conditioning

Most of the didn't like list are beyond the control of the Villa but should be recognized if you are looking for a quiet stay. Noisy from surrounding properties and farms Driveway is difficult to navigate, especially at night Hot water was not working when I stayed.

Séjour en pleine nature

La vue est très agréable depuis la terrasse, on se sent immergé dans la nature. La salle de bain est incroyable. Le petit déjeuner, servi à la chambre était très très bon.

L' accès à l' établissement est un peu complexe et la moustiquaire était un peu juste pour deux personnes.

Expérience unique

Le dépaysement total dans la nature

Le logement était pas mal ouvert au niveau du toit donc nous avons eu la visite de rongeurs et de diverses bêtes mais c’est l’expérience dans la nature aussi qui fait ça donc on retient que le positif ! Attention a la Clim qui malheureusement ne rafraîchit pas la chambre car pas assez isolé. Mais encore une fois nous avons aimé l’expérience et le personnel était incroyable !

El apartamento como tal estaba muy bien, buenas vistas, limpio y cómodo.

No nos gustó la ubicación. Un poco desconectado de todo, pero sobre todo, difícil acceso andando, con lo cual no permitió improvisar ni hacer muchos planes por la zona.

Super leuk en mooi huisje! We zijn hier spontaan gekomen en hebben er zeker geen spijt van. Het is heerlijk rustig echt even bijkomen van alles. Personeel is echt super vriendelijk en helpt je overal bij. Lekker ontbijt op de kamer in de ochtend. Heel erg bedankt!

Fijne plek voor een paar nachten.

De huisjes zijn top! En Gede helpt je goed op weg. Ze zijn verder in aanbouw en wordt super mooi.

Omdat het tussen de locals zit, was er karaoke vanuit drie hoeken in de vallei. De gewenste stilte was 1 avond totaal afwezig hierdoor.

Prachtige locatie en stunning uitzicht

De locatie was echt zo mooi! Prachtig! In de jungle met waanzinnig uitzicht! Wij hadden als gezin de twee enige villa’s geboekt. Gede, de beheerder, was super vriendelijk en via hem hebben we twee scooters gehuurd (5 euro per dag) en de was laten doen. Ontbijt was heerlijk; accommodatie zelf ook prima! Buitendouche en een bad. Goede klamboe en airco. S nachts hoor je de geluiden uit de natuur. Krekels, hanen, koeien, gekko’s. Wij waren daar toen er ceremonies plaatsvonden. Dat ging gepaard met veel en lang gezang, ‘s morgensvroeg.

Het was vervelend om ‘‘s morgens vroeg wakker te worden van het bidden en zingen en de muziek, maar daardoor zat je wel midden in de cultuur

Partydorf in der Einsamkeit

Ich habe extra eine Unterkunft etwas außerhalb von Sidemen gewählt, um noch mehr in die Natur eintauchen zu können. Die Holzhütte ist rustikal und urig. Der Blick in den Dschungel und die Berge ist wirklich beeindruckend. Die Anlage ist gepflegt. Gerade wird ein weiteres kleines Häuschen direkt daneben gebaut, die Bauarbeiten pausieren jedoch. Die Räume sind nicht ganz abgeschlossen zum Dach hin, daher können auch Geckos an der Decke entlangkrabbeln. Das hat mich nicht gestört. Sie sind in der Nacht manchmal geräuschvoll, jedoch ist das eben Natur. Das Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen nach beliebiger Auswahl angefertigt und war völlig ausreichend. Die Betreuung vor Ort war herzlich und es war jederzeit ein Ansprechpartner dort. Sie halfen mir auch schnell und unkompliziert einen Fahrer zur Ostküste zu besorgen. Der Warung in 3 Minuten Fussweg ist zu empfehlen. Es hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt und es ist wirklich günstig. Die Betreiber sind zuvorkommend. Ich habe von dort aus weitere Wanderungen unternommen. Es gab Momente, da spielte keine laute Musik. Während dieser Zeit, ist für mich und meine Belange die Unterkunft eine 9.

Es tut mir so leid für dieses Familienunternehmen. Wie bereits erwähnt ist die Anlage, die Hütte und die Natur ein Traum, jedoch gibt es nur ein paar Meter weiter eine Karaokebar in der nicht nur bis 0Uhr laute Musik spielte, sondern auch schon am Morgen ab 06:30Uhr teilweise. Der Besitzer hat sich sehr bemüht und sich immer wieder entschuldigt für seinen Nachbarn. Ich war auf der Suche nach Einsamkeit und Stille und hatte nun ein Partydorf wie Mallorca Ballermann. Nach 3 Nächten bin ich sehr müde und werde erst einmal schlafen. Ich wünsche der Familie alles Liebe und ich hoffe, dass sie einen Weg finden sich mit dem Nachbarn zu arrangieren. Herzliche Grüße.

Et meget vellykket opphold. Jeg gleder meg til å komme tilbake.

Umedevasya ligger flott plassert i utkanten av landsbyen Ogang omgitt av vakker natur. De 2 bungalowene er nye og vakkert innredet. Stilige «utendørs» baderom med glasstak er en fornøyelse å bruke, spesielt når regnet trommer på taket. Vertskapet er veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Hver morgen serveres valgfri frokost på den overbygde terrassen foran bungalowen.

El mejor sitio en el que podrías alojarte en Sidemen

Me encantó todo, ubicación totalmente en mitad de la naturaleza. Nada de insectos A estrenar prácticamente porque lleva un mes abierto El baño fue de las mejores experiencias, poder terminar el día con un baño relajante y una cerveza. ( la cerveza o refresco lo pone ya cada uno) Yuda y su familia fueron muy amables dejándonos incluso su moto particular para lo que necesitásemos hasta alquilar una propia. Buen desayuno, mosquitera en la cama.

Kleine feine traumhafte Anlage

Wunderschöne ruhige Lage, am Hang im Grünen gelegen. Sehr schön gepflegte Anlage, 2 Cottages mit Privatservice vom Besitzer, Frühstück direkt auf der Terrasse. Man durfte den Kühlschrank am Eingang benutzen, haben frischen Kokosnussalkohol testen können und wegen Erkältung hat uns der Besitzer Kurkuma Drinks besorgt. Nachts sah man die Glühwürmchen durch die Anlage fliegen und das Tal leuchtete zart. Man schaut direkt dem Mondaufgang zu von der Terrasse aus. Lustig vielleicht etwas nervig war das ewige Hähnekrähen in der Umgebung besonders am Morgen. Das gehört nun mal zur Region. Das Bett war super bequem, Handtücher frisch und flauschig. Einen Scooter hat man uns auch schnell besorgt, guter Preis! Frühstück ist klein aber sehr lecker! Uns hat es bei der Hitze gereicht.
