Located on the first floor of a very quiet residential building, less than 2 km from the beating heart of the city with its beautiful historic centre wich has become a UNESCO heritage site, it is easily reachable both on foot and by elevator. The door is accessed directly from the main road along which you can park your car (parking is paid) without having to move it thanks to the proximity of services (bars, pharmacy, grocery stores, supermarkets ...) and the presence of elevators and buses that will connect you well with the whole city. The elevator is accessible after a small flight of stairs.Visit_Genova is situated in the residential district of Castelletto, with its famous "Spianata" from wich you can enjoy a 360° view of the city and the sea, convenient to the center and at the same time away from the chaos and busy streets of the city. A "Buen Retiro" in which to relax after a whole day spent visiting the historical, artistic and naturalistic beauties of Genoa and its surroundings. A destination that will surprise you whit its glorious history and its cultural offering. The Old port with its mix of attractions. shops, restaurants and bars is home to the largest aquarium in all of Europe and from here, by boat you can set off the discover the incomparable Cinque Terre! Every season is good for a stay in Genoa; its strategic position will allow you to visit the beauties of both the Eastern Riviera and the Western Riviera and if you want you can even go as far as the Riviera dei Fiori. The hinterland will satisfy hiking lovers with beautifull routes for all types of difficulty
The Cristoforo Colombo international airport is only 10 km away, the Genova Brignole train station is 2.5 km away, the equipped baeches, restaurants, bar and nightclubs are not far away. The splendid Portofino, passing through Santa Margherita, in 40 km away and can be easily reached on the motorway or along the Via Aurelia, stopping to admire enchanting villages and panoramas such as the picturesque village of Camogli with its "ruta" and its viewpoints overlooking the sea.

All the bedrooms as well as the living area are equipped with air conditioning for hot summer days and to ensure balanced warmth in the mid-season.
Unlimited high-speed WIFI has optimal coverage in all spaces thanks to the decoder and a repeater positioned in strategic points.
Rates include: electricity, water, gas for kitchen use, initial and final cleaning, weekly linen, wireless internet collection.
Rates no include: tourist tax, late checkin, latechecout, mandatory extra cleaning in case of presence of animals
N.B.: the kitchen, as well the entire accomodation, must be left in good hygienic conditions, with the fridges and the freezer emptied. If, for any reasons, this is not the case, a supplement of € 100,00 may be requested for the final cleaning wich will be directly deducted from the security deposit on the day of checkout
