Your Comfort

The apartment is indeed very comfortable. It consists of an open kitchen combined with a living room and a bedroom with a balcony. It is located in a 15 min walking distance from the center of Kutaisi. There are also several grocery shops in the area. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped (knives needed sharpening though). My favorite part of this apartment is the beautiful view that opens up from every window and the fact that during my stay the neighbors were quiet. One could hear the noise of the city, but it was distant and did not disturb. The apartment is located on the top floor and one needs 10 tetri coins to use the lift. Some coins were left in the apartment for that purpose.

Not much really. The tap in the shower is leaking and needs fixing, Knifes in the kitchen need sharpening. A small suggestion: it would be nice to have a bedside lamp in the bedroom for bedtime reading. All these are minor things, however. All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend this flat and would gladly stay her again.

The hosts are very kind people with great communication. They were helpful during check in and even waited for us outside to arrive to help us learn how to enter the apartment. They even gave us coins for the lift which was super kind and thoughtful though we did return it after our stay. The apartment was in a great location, the view was very nice from the 11th floor. It was very clean and cosy. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Kutaisi!

Fotoğraflardı göründüğü gibi. Sahibi David aşırı tatlı güler yüzlü ve yardımsever biriydi. Evde her şey var ütü çamaşır deterjanı gibi ıvır zıvırlar bile var. Biz aşırı beğendik ve memnun kaldık. Ayrıca çok güzel de bir şehir manzarası var. Kutaisiye yolu düşen herkese şiddetle tavsiye ederiz. Biz üç kişi kaldık oturma odasındaki koltuk açılıyor ve çok rahat 4 kişi de rahat kalabilir. Ev sahibine her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.
