Stayed for four nights. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable for a couple. Lovely balcony, in a safe building. Walking distance to the center yet very quiet. Easy street parking nearby. Great communication with the host before and during the stay. Excellent washing machine, with washing powder provided. Kitchen is equipped with all basic cooking utensils. Reliable internet.
For a longer stay and guests who want to cook properly, a few more sharp kitchen knives and come basic condiments would be helpful. But we certainly made do:)

The apartment is beautifully renovated and furnished. Nothing is missing. I wish we could have stayed more than a day so we could enjoy the apartment.

Great central location walking distance is 5 minutes from the center of Kutaisi , close to shops and restaurants. Nice view of the city. Big clean place. Great communication with hosts.
I was staying there during easter, so i got woken up at 2am by a procession in the church and bells ringing and hundreds of people with candles walking around right under the apartment. This is not the apartments fault but staying close to a church, make sure you check when some religious holidays take place.
