Great location, newly-remodeled clean & neat apartment! This apartment is located in the 1st floor, super easy to access. Also most of Kutaisi landmarks such as white bridge, bagrati cathedral, central park, etc are close that you can get there within 20-30 minutes on foot. Also there is 24/7 supermarket right across the road, you can get anything you want even in the middle of the night. Hosts are really kind and nice, taking care of guests all the time. I stayed for 2 nights with my family, and we loved it. The apartment is equipped with everything you need! Apartment is maintained by hosts closely so that everything was clean as new. Bedding was warm and cozy, even sofa-bed in the living room was very comfortable. Thanks for making our journey comfortable!

The property owner was incredibly empathetic. She accepted our last-minute request to cancel the reservation due to our son’s illness, and she was genuinely concerned about our situation. When we were finally able to travel to Kutaisi, we knew that, thanks to her kindness, we definitely wanted to stay in her apartment. Thank you very much for everything. The apartment itself is conveniently located, with a grocery store nearby and the Kolkhida Fountain just a 10-minute walk away. It is spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. I highly recommend this place.
