Apartment Atina

The property owner was incredibly empathetic. She accepted our last-minute request to cancel the reservation due to our son’s illness, and she was genuinely concerned about our situation. When we were finally able to travel to Kutaisi, we knew that, thanks to her kindness, we definitely wanted to stay in her apartment. Thank you very much for everything. The apartment itself is conveniently located, with a grocery store nearby and the Kolkhida Fountain just a 10-minute walk away. It is spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

This is an excellent apartment in Kutaisi. It's so clean - everything smells clean and looks very clean! Very spacious apartment, equipped with all you might need. It was very warm and you can regulate the heating. Close to the city center, 24h shop is one minute away. Very quiet and calm at night. The owners are very nice and easy to communicate with. Thank you so much for this welcoming place!

Всё соответствует описанию. Очень чисто, бельё белоснежное, матрас и подушки замечательные, как дома . Порадовали настройки в телевизоре: русскоговорящие каналы, иви, ютуб и др. Расположение отличное, до центральной площади доходила за 15-20 мин или 2 остановки на автобусе, магазин круглосуточный в 50 метрах, вход отдельный. Про стучащую решётку за окном: я спала в берушах без проблем. Цена/качество на 5. Спасибо, если еще приехать соберусь - ждите:-)
