We eventually located the property only to be told they had no record of our booking. This was untrue as I had received confirmation from the host and had communicated with the property a few weeks prior to our visit. Ravi also claimed that booking.com had the wrong telephone number for his contact. But I had telephoned and spoken to Ravi when trying to locate the property! He did accommodate us in his brothers villas a short distance from his own. This was fine and we had a good breakfast and pleasant stay.
The panic I felt when told we did not have booking! We spoke to other guests staying at Tree Top View. We all thought we were staying in the tree house but none of us were given the tree house. There is no free cycle hire or restaurant on site as stated. Ravi made offers to organise transport but this also didn’t materialise for us and another couple staying.
