Nice place and personnel. Several own tuktuks to take you to town. Okay rooms and cottages.
Breakfast and dinner are fine.
They are expanding with cottages so there is some work going on, so some materials laying around but not disturbing.
Aircos old and bit noisy. Rooms interiour basic and a bit outdated, but just as is in Sri Lanka outbacks.

Friendly staff and the pond
The rooms we stayed were didn't have A/C facilities. So it was very warm.
