Everything as advertised. Hot water, comfortable beds with mosquito net available, very clean. Breakfast was delicious and the hosts were incredibly nice and welcoming.
Walking to and from the main area with restaurants after 9pm can be a bit scary, but you can book a tuktuk if needed. Otherwise felt very secure. We would recommend the restaurants that are 5-10 min walk away rather than those in the middle of town, but all were great!
