Really great stay, exceptional value for money with the free breakfast, warm shower and comfy bed. The owner is the loveliest, answered all our questions, provided medicine without even asking, helped book our tours with no hassle.
Quite buggy but that is to be expected in the area so not really a problem.

Very friendly and kind host who arranged tours and recommended routes for me. Bed was comfy, clean toilet, breakfast was yummy. Wifi was great.
Power got cut off in the morning but came back on within 30mins.

A fantastic, secluded cabin in the jungle, with terrific bars and restaurants only minutes walk away. Your hosts are amazing, friendly and helpful - and great cooks! A truly memorable, enjoyable visit - thank you so much🙏

Het is een prachtige locatie midden in de natuur. Het gezin heeft 2 kamers en een soort boomhut, een houten huisje op palen, hier verbleven wij in. Het hele gezin is heel vriendelijk, gastvrij en spreekt goed engels. Het is op loopafstand van restaurantjes en winkeltjes. Het ontbijt wordt gebracht op je veranda. De highlights liggen heel centraal ( Pidurangala Rock, Lion Rock, olifantensafari enz) . Ze hebben voor ons een geweldige safari geboekt. Prima locatie!
Het is er warm, er is geen airco en de ventilator is niet voldoende. Ramen kunnen niet open ivm beesten. Het kan dus heel heet worden, houd hier rekening mee. Ook hoor je de hele nacht door blaffende honden, er zitten er heel veel in Sigiriya, advies is: oordoppen meenemen
