Very friendly and helpful owner. Not in the town centre so very quiet.
Nothing. However, a kettle in the room would have been appreciated.

nice location outside the city next to a lake. The building has a lot of potential but needs some TLC.
I booked 2 nights with breakfast! On arrival I was told the price was 20% higher and didn’t include breakfast. It was only a few dollars, but it’s the principle! Upon checkout there was a 10% extra charge.Spoiled it for me. Seems money is the focus.
