El personal muy amable, un hostel familiar. buena relación calidad-precio. Volveríamos a quedarnos con ellos sin duda.

Quiet place with a beautiful garden and veranda. The staff is a very kind family who are very attentive. Dinner was good, and the dhal curry was amazing. The three person room does not have AC (Aircon) but it gets cool enough in the night and with the fan that it was perfectly comfortable with a blanket. Very close to the Dambulla Cave Temple but it can be difficult finding fair tuk prices. I suggest finding a local tour guide (not on TripAdvisor, use Guyana’s Tours) to take you around with their car

The shower is a little intense but the room and bathroom were very clean

В комнате чисто, качественное постельное белье, есть все необходимые. Тихое место рядом с рекой и озером, где можно погулять и искупаться. Хозяйка хорошо готовит, также здесь есть фреш бар и невероятно вкусный авокадо сок)

This beautiful homestay is surrounded by lush greenery, with birds 🐦, squirrels 🐿️, and peaceful garden views creating a relaxing, natural vibe 🌺. The room was spacious, clean 🧼, and came with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our favorite part was enjoying delicious homemade meals 🍛 an experience that felt truly special. Host & family were incredibly kind and attentive 🙏. Their warmth and care made us feel like part of their home. Each morning, we were served a lovely Sri Lankan breakfast 🍽️, freshly prepared with love ❤️. We also had the chance to explore the nearby Ibbankatuwa Wewa 🏞️ – a beautiful lake just a short walk away where you can safely enjoy a refreshing bath 🚿 or simply relax by the water. Another hidden gem is the peaceful Sankassapa Temple 🛕 nearby, perfect for a quiet walk and a spiritual moment. If you're looking for a calm, cozy, and heartwarming place to stay near Dambulla, Lake Island Homestay is the perfect choice 🌸. Highly recommended for nature lovers and anyone seeking genuine Sri Lankan hospitality 🤗🇱🇰.
