Gimhana Homestay

Soggiorno immerso nel verde, il nostro host è stato gentilissimo e davvero premuroso. La camera è carina e dotata di ogni comfort. La mattina la colazione è ottima e molto abbondante, preparata per larga parta dalla moglie (ottima cuoca). Per spostarsi è necessario sempre un tuktuk, soprattutto la sera, ma il proprietario della struttura ne possiede uno ed è sempre pronto ad accompagnarvi. L’host può organizzarvi gite come safari e portarvi a vedere l’alba di fronte al lion di sigirya, al tempio nelle cave di Dambulla e simili a prezzi ottimi. Ti fornisce anche consigli su posti dove mangiare nei dintorni e su cosa fare. Altamente consigliato✅

Amazing place to stay. Just a few minutes walk to the main road. Lovely garden and clean, spacious room and comfortable bed with air conditioning and hot water. Breakfast was great, lots of variety and very generous portions. We paid for dinner one night and it was our best meal in Sri Lanka, all with vegetables from their garden. He gave us a nice welcome juice and fresh coconut. The host was very friendly, interested in our plans and always ready to assist or take us where we needed in his tuk tuk for a fee (cheaper than outside tuk tuks). He took us on a detour to a beautiful lake near his place. Organised a safari for a fair price which was very good. No complaints whatsoever and highly recommend.

El dueño del establecimiento y su familia fueron súper acogedores y nos cuidaron mucho. El sitio está cerca del centro y es muy tranquilo para descansar. El desayuno y la cena fue excepcional, la mujer del dueño es una excelente cocinera. Una gran estancia.

Een schone ruime kamer en badkamer. Het eten is geweldig! De familie is zo vriendelijk en zorgen dat je een geweldig verblijf hebt.
