The rock & wild sigiriya

I would even go back to Sigiriya just to stay at this wonderful place again. Surrounded by nature and offering a fantastic view of Lion's Rock, this accommodation is the perfect spot to relax. The room is very clean and cozy, offers plenty of space, and has very comfortable beds. The whole family is incredibly warm, helpful, and hospitable. Janith took me wherever I wanted to go and showed me fantastic spots in Sigiriya, which made my stay very special. His mother is an amazing cook—both breakfast and dinner were outstanding and incredibly varied. Thank you all so much, and I’m already looking forward to next time! 😊

This was our favourite stay here in Sri Lanka. The treehouse is meticulously, clean, hot shower, and comfortable bed. A/c works great. We had a delicious breakfast and a delicious dinner prepared by his mother. The view from the deck of Lions and Pidurangala rock is stunning , and you can see and hear so many birds. However , what made this stay very special was the hospitality. Janith was so kind and genuine in wanting to make sure we had everything we needed. We went on a safari him and saw so many elephants! He was patient, and is so respectful of the wildlife. If we could have stayed a week, we would have!

Accueil formidable de toute la famille, avec une grande gentillesse et beaucoup d’attention. Le lieu est très calme, idéal pour se reposer, avec une vue magnifique sur le Rocher du Lion depuis la chambre. La nourriture sri-lankaise faite maison est délicieuse et pleine de saveurs. De nombreuses activités sont proposées par l’hôte, comme un safari ou encore une balade de la ville en tuk-tuk.

Si un jour il rajoute une piscine en face du rocher du lion ce sera le meilleur hôtel du coin.

Beautiful cabana with a wonderful view of the Lions rock :) Great food and super friendly and welcoming owner family. We saw wild elephants and beautiful dancing peacocks from our balcony.
