Pidurangala View Home Stay

Kind hosts and a lovely home, with delicious Sri Lankan breakfast and a comfortable bed. The garden is so peaceful and the homestay is nestled in the jungle, a short walk away from Pidurangula. Thank you for making me feel very welcomed!

Nice host and great food

It’s a beautiful place. Lovely rooms. Clean and nicely furnitured. The owners are such lovely, helpful and good hearted people. We felt taken very good care of and were given good advice about nice place to go for walks and also what to be cautious, careful and alert about concerning animals and safety. Delicious home made food breakfeast and dinner. A place well bear in our hearts forever. We’ll be sure to revisit if we come back to Sri Lanka in the future.🙏

No dislikes

The hosts were very kind and welcoming. The location is good, about 5–10 minutes walking distance to the entrance of Pidurangula Rock.

We booked the tree house, but on arrival we were told it was under repair and we were given a different room. Unfortunately, the room had a very strong mold smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. Also, Booking shows that lunch and dinner are available for an extra charge, but we were told they do not provide this service.
