Lal and his wife were really warm and welcoming. My room was big, clean and comfortable. On my 2nd day I was setting off early to climb Lion Rock and didn’t want breakfast before I left so they said no problem, Just have it whenever you get back, even though it was going to be after 10:30am. So nice and accommodating and the breakfasts were lovely!

Perfect location for visiting Lions rock, Dambulla etc. Lal happily arranged for Tuk Tuk‘s to take us around, as well as a last minute safari to Minneriya national Park. Lovely friendly and helpful family.
