Friendly, helpful and accommodating host.
Simple instructions were sent to access the house and the door lock with code was easy to use.
The house was very clean and well maintained throughout.
Extra touches that we appreciated were the snacks on arrival, basic toiletries (soap/shower gel), tea/coffee and a tub of chargers!
Initially the location on an estate felt dubious however it was perfect with it's proximity to the town centre. Many of our group walked to / from the centre with the rest of us getting very cheap ubers. So it was all good in the end.
The house sleeps 12. There were 10 of us. The only slight issue was that a group of 10–12 people could not comfortably gather together in a single communal area but as we were busy/out and about - it wasn't a problem.

The property is well catered for with nice modern decor and all and more that you would need with many thoughtful touches from the owners, which was greatly appreciated. It was great to be able to easily log into apps on the TV, and I noted there were bluetooth speakers if you wanted to connect your phones to play music. Tea and biscuits provided was lovely. Each room was very well equipped. We all enjoyed our stay which was comfortable and cosy with a lovely garden space. The free parking on the drive was also great. The house is on a main road (no issue with noise) and is on the end of row, tucked in. Self-check in was easy and well instructed. Hussain was easily on hand for any questions and friendly to communicate with. It took us about 25 minutes to walk to the city centre, and a taxi from the centre back to the house was around £7/£8. There are also bus stops close by.
We didn't like the area; suffice to say it's pretty edgy! We felt safe when in the house and again in regards to the house being located on the end of a row facing a main road provided some reassurance. The property has cameras on the exterior.

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der sehr schnell Rückmeldung gibt. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Betten bequem. Parkplatz vor der Tür
Haus liegt zentral an einer doch recht großen Straße (aber mit Auto ist man dann schnell im Zentrum und Busse fahren um die Ecke)
