We were a group of 9 and absolutely loved the stay. The host was quick with replying and sent clear instructions.
The property was located in a central location so it was easy to get around. It was spacious, clean and the decor was modern.

Great house. Felt luxury
Great stay overall. The beds were very comfortable, the property was clean and tidy, and the large driveway made parking easy. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. Would happily stay again.

Short overnight stay but very comfortable
The property from first impressions externally, were that the house was well looked after, parking was on the driveway. Once inside it exceeded our expectations. There was a lovely basket with complimentary snacks and drinking making facilities. Bedrooms were airy and spacious. Loved the little touches in the bathrooms

Excellent Stay in Birmingham
Property was well maintained and spotlessly clean. Hussain the property owner was in touch on the day to confirm access arrangements and kept checking in through our stay to make sure that everything was okay. The rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious. The property has been renovated to a high standard. There is a family bathroom and also a separate toilet, which works well especially when large groups of people are staying at one time. The kitchen was also well equipped. Plenty of cups, glasses and cutlery etc. The property has a large drive, we managed to get two cars on the drive with plenty of space. The property is on a main road, but we weren’t able to hear any road noise. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this property again in the future
Not a great deal in the local area, there was a petrol station with a subway across the road. The property however is not far from the city centre. We managed to get an Uber which took 7 mins into the centre.

Cosy and clean, home away from home.
Lovely place and even better than the photos, it felt like home. Host was friendly and always responded quickly to questions we had. We even had an early check in. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay near Birmingham City Centre.
