The Jewellery Suites Birmingham

The check in instructions were impeccable- clear and easy to follow which took away any anxiety pre arrival and made the process of getting into the car park and apartment simplicity itself. Lovely spacious apartment that is really well equipped. All in all a really great stay in a nice location and if we were to come back to Birmingham this will be top of our list.

It had limited natural light inside due to the shades to provide privacy from the street which we didn’t mind at all (but others might).

Could be quite noisy in the road at night

We were very happy with our stay at Jewellery Suites. After our original accommodation was unexpectedly cancelled at the last minute, they were able to accommodate us at very short notice, which we really appreciated. The apartment was comfortable and in a perfect location for walking to LEGOLAND Discovery Centre and the National SEA LIFE Centre. We also loved having the secure gated parking, which was a real bonus and made our stay even more convenient. Thank you for helping to save our trip. We'd be happy to stay here again.

The only minor issue was that the dining table felt a little sticky, even after we wiped it down ourselves. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable stay.

It seemed like home from home. The property was quite presentable, liked the colour coordinated kitchen utensils including cutlery and plates

Beddings on the master bed were not clean
