Osbourne House - BLUE 2 Bedroom,2 and half bath

The flat is beautiful, spacious and comfortable, located on a quiet street, close to the center and with cafés nearby.

Nothing, it was very warm the weekend we went (30 degrees inside the flat) but the owner was very reactive and brought us fans. The temperature dropped at night and it got much cooler inside with the windows open.

It’s so warm and comfortable, really does feel like a home away from home. I’m all about a fun layout so the upstairs bedroom in the ‘loft’ was perfect!

Comfortable beds, clean, great location

Area is a bit noisy at night

The bed and furniture were comfortable, the kitchen has everything we needed and came stocked with cleaning supplies, dishwasher tablets, hot drink ingredients etc. The bathrooms were well kept and mostly clean. The keys being in a lockbox was good for easy access. The location of the property is great and is very close to a lot of places to eat and drink as well as being directly opposite a bus stop that will take you directly to colmore row.

The main door to the property kept getting stuck meaning we had to force it open which made quite a bit of noise, there were quite a few scuff marks on the walls especially in living room area, there were some very minor straining on the carpet. The most concerning thing is that one of the dual plug socket in the bedroom was hanging on by one screw, definitely something that needs to be fixed asap.
