The bed and furniture were comfortable, the kitchen has everything we needed and came stocked with cleaning supplies, dishwasher tablets, hot drink ingredients etc. The bathrooms were well kept and mostly clean. The keys being in a lockbox was good for easy access. The location of the property is great and is very close to a lot of places to eat and drink as well as being directly opposite a bus stop that will take you directly to colmore row.
The main door to the property kept getting stuck meaning we had to force it open which made quite a bit of noise, there were quite a few scuff marks on the walls especially in living room area, there were some very minor straining on the carpet. The most concerning thing is that one of the dual plug socket in the bedroom was hanging on by one screw, definitely something that needs to be fixed asap.

It felt like home,beautiful and well thought out decor.Felt like something from a magazine.Very Clean and comfortable.The location is close to the city centre.The host is very good with communication. There is even Netflix.I would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a comfortable and cosy place to stay in Birmingham.You won’t regret it
