Clean and spacious

Parking was a bit tight but secure

Very well presented and practical

Beds weren’t the comfiest

I loved the way the rooms were set out, and how clean the property was! It was little complicated to get into the car park however the owner had sent videos on how to do this. The apartment was cosy and very welcoming. A bright with lots of natural sunlight.

getting through the main gates with my car was a bit of a nightmare as there was a code needed and I was not provided with this, there was a car behind me waiting to go in and this was quite stressful.

Location was good. Security excellent. Fairly quiet location.

We were given a different flat than we booked Booking .com told us it was 19 we were directed to 102!! On suite bathroom smelt of sewage and the double bed in the other room was unusable . My daughter couldn't sleep there for two nights!! Seemed to have a very old mattress and the frame made continuous clicking noise, like it was about to fail. The shower hoses were filthy. The food left, looked like it had been there quite a while. A blind and a fresh air free standing fan were broken. The windows all around the flat were unclose- able due to poor maintenance. A bath panel was missing. The settees in the living room were badly stained and there was generally a lack of cleaning. One light was broken in the cooker hood. We didn't risk cooking there. Shame really because it could have been good accomodation. We contacted Phoenix Stays on our first day and they promised to remedy the defects. The only thing they did was to replace the bath panel. Everything else remained the same. Took a whole 10 days to get deposit back. Still have had no apology or explanation about condition. Their customer service is excessively lacking. I have reported this to Trading Standards Birmingham. To take up accomodation from this company I would discourage to anyone. It gives Birmingham a bad name, Birmingham is a lovely city and these types of accomodation for tourists like ourselves must be purged. (Have a lot more photos than shown below)
