🚫 No Parties or Gatherings – This property is for registered guests only. Unauthorized events are strictly prohibited.
🚭 No Smoking or Vaping Indoors – Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use the designated smoking area if needed.
🐾 Pets Allowed Upon Approval – There will be £50 per pet, and we will require a damage deposit of £100 (less than 20lbs). Note, that only dogs are allowed.
🔇 Respect Quiet Hours – Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours, to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
🏡 Respect the Property – Treat the home with care and report any damages or maintenance issues to the host immediately.
🚫 No Illegal Substances – The use of any illegal substances is strictly forbidden on the property.
👥 Guests & Visitors – Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Visitors are not permitted unless approved by the host in advance.
🧹 Maintain Cleanliness – Please keep the property clean and tidy during your stay. Excessive cleaning required after check-out may result in additional fees.
🤝 To help maintain our property in great condition, a security deposit of £350 is collected prior to check-in. This deposit is fully refundable after your stay if no damage or extra cleaning is needed.
