Clean, functional and practical but not cozy and a lack of living space as all bedrooms

Clean, functional and off road car parking was good

Not much living space. Neighbours obviously did not like guests as parked their cars outside making it difficult to drive past to access property. There was no manual so didn’t know how to change heating settings.

A great place to stay if you need to be in the city for a few days

Modern, clean, comfortable and a 5 minute cab ride to the city centre. Host communication was excellent. Garden space was nice. Great parking.

There is only indoor seating or dining for 4 people and the road outside is very busy.

Magical house 😍

We recently stayed at Mun's lovely house for 3 nights with a group of 8 family members and friends, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The house itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. Mun was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with great local tips and recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made us feel at home, such as fresh linens, toiletries, and a well-stocked kitchen. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area and enjoy all the local attractions. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Mun's house to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Thank you, Mun, for making our trip so special ! 🙏

Luxurious house - definitely!

Amazing stay in this house. Very comfortable, lots of space, plenty of breakfast items left including tea, coffee and milk. Excellent communication before, during and after making the stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this amazing house.

For a group of 10 and a bedroom being downstairs it would have been convenient if a toilet had been downstairs especially when required at night time.

Not the best area of Birmingham. Also be aware that the neighbours don’t seem to like cars parked outside their houses, they put soil and weeds on the windscreens our first night so we moved most of the cars to a nearby secure car park. The owners were extremely helpful with the trouble we had, great communication from them.

house has been done in a beautiful way, lovely airy rooms, clearly no expense has been spared beds were amazingly comfortable, 2 of the party suffer with very bad backs and they could not talk more highly about the comfort of the mattresses.

only slight negative is the area but the house definitely makes up for it

Over priced for what it is.

The beds are very comfy and overall the property was very clean. There is a dishwasher which was very handy as we were a large group. The house is opposite a petrol station so was able to get snacks etc. There is a nice swing chair in the garden.

The house is no where near as big as pictured, the pictures have been taken with a wide lens camera and do not accurately depict the size of the house. 2 bedrooms are downstairs, 1 off of the kitchen and 1 by the front door, which is fine but just be mindful if you are staying with kids as we struggled to allocate rooms. The fridge is a small under cupboard one and really does not fit much, there is parking but if you drive in, you have to reverse out, with such a large front garden; they could have made off street parking. There is only 1 shower so when the house can accommodate for 11 people (as we had) it literally takes hours to get ready when all sharing one bathroom. The lounge is 1 sofa and then smack bang you have the kitchen so if you are thinking you can sit down and have something to eat - think again.

Great comfortable stay close to the city

The beds were very comfy, everything was modern and to a high finish, very clean. Our host Mamun was very responsive and helpful throughout. Me and my friends had a great time, would stay again :)

Fantastic house

Fantastic house, close to the centre of Birmingham. The house is beautifully clean, stylish and comfortable with lots of incredibly thoughtful touches. Check in was easy and the communication from Mamun and Maya was fantastic throughout.

Sehr schönes Haus mit 5 Schlafzimmern, ideal für unsere Reisegruppe. Nur eine Dusche

Ideale Unterkunft für uns, sehr zentral gelegen, kurze Wege ins Zentrum und zum Aston Villa Stadion. Garten sehr ansprechend ausgestattet, leider war Winter.

Wir hätten uns auch im Erdgeschoss eine Dusche beziehungsweise eine Toilette gewünscht.

Goed afres en verblijfadres voor groep ( max 10)

Veel slaapgelegenheid, private parkeerplaats voor de deur. Aan de rand van de stad. Vriendelijke en correcte service van Mun.

Alles ok al waren er in de keuken- living wat weinig stoelen en plaats om te ontbijten.
